Pandemic Hardship Course

Enabled Scenario-based eLearning Experience

This scenario-based eLearning experience helps customer assistance specialist navigate through a pandemic hardship conversation by completing series of questions within the scenario. The agents will receive a call from a concerned customer inquiring on how to receive mortgage relief and walk them through the process from start to finish. (The course is a PowerPoint presentation without the option to add triggers where the current buttons and help links exist.)

Audience: New and seasoned mortgage servicing associates.
